Link Thinking™ was established in 2016 to help businesses support people in 'looking beyond resistance and prejudgement' to achieve more of the performance and results they knew were possible —from learning and development, targets, goals, and changing situations.

Built on over 38 years of combined experience and training - including in the British Army  (hostile environments/search team), civilian close personal/armed protection, stress management, corporate sales, and lifelong integrative learning of the brain, mind, and human behaviour - the strategies have been refined to help approach situations with less resistance, prejudgement, and more flexible, adaptive thinking.

Having successfully applied and shared this approach across hundreds of diverse situations, 'Catch Yourself Thinking'™ was created as a series of stories, simple messages, and proven strategies designed to be a catalyst to help people uncover new opportunities, lift performance, and improve outcomes—from good to great to excellent.
